Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

At Ayushaveda – A Holistic Clinic, we are committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and respect for both our clients’ time and our clinical resources. Kindly review our policy carefully before booking any service.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made towards consultations, therapies, or packages are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all services, packages, and advance bookings.

2. Transfer of Services

In case a client is unable to avail the booked service, the amount can be transferred to an immediate family member or another individual.

The transfer request must be informed to the clinic in advance along with the necessary details.

3. Validity of Services

All booked services or packages must be availed within 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase.

Any unused services after this validity period will be considered lapsed and non-claimable.

4. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled with prior notice, subject to availability.

We request clients to inform at least 24 hours in advance for any rescheduling.

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session.

5. No Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a “No Show”, and the session will be considered utilized.

6. Exceptions

No exceptions will be made to this policy unless deemed necessary by management under special circumstances.
